Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the ISLARENT website and the car rental service offered by ISLARENT S.N.C. at the airports of Olbia, Alghero and Cagliari.

Submitting the form constitutes a booking request, not an automatic confirmation. The booking is confirmed only after the owner verifies availability and sends an email confirmation within 24 hours indicating the assigned vehicle.

To rent you must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driving licence for at least 2 years. A valid licence and ID must be presented at pick-up. Any additional drivers must be declared and registered.

Smoking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited. Violation incurs a €100 sanitisation fee.

The vehicle is delivered with a full tank and must be returned full. Otherwise the missing fuel plus a service surcharge will be charged.

The car is delivered clean and must be returned in the same condition. Excessively dirty returns incur a €25 charge.

All fines, tickets and costs for traffic offences during the rental period are entirely the customer's responsibility.

Payment can be made online by credit card (secure Stripe gateway) or directly at pick-up, as selected during the request. Extras such as child seats are one-time charges shown during booking.

Bookings can be cancelled by contacting ISLARENT. Refund conditions depend on the payment method and the timing of the cancellation.

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the court of Tempio Pausania (SS).
